How To Order

Please understand we are a small company specializing in unusual keyboards.   To protect our customers,  Credit card information  taken over the phone is shredded end of business day. Most items are $15.00 to ship. Do not bother with insurance for melodicas.  They are packed  so well we have never had claim. If ordering a key sitar I recommend insurance $5.00. You can always call (651) 457-9684 with questions or to check inventory but we try to keep everything in stock. So here are the 5 easy ways to order.

1) Go to our Comparison order page  and use our new shopping cart method.

2) Send us a US Postal Money Order. Make the MO out to Sound Electra Tell us what you want and include your shipping address and phone #. We will ship it out right away. Our address is  Sound Electra   1380 Imperial Ridge   West St. Paul, MN 55118  If you pay by this method I will ship most items Priority.

5) We are a cyber store but if you are in town, call and we can arrange to sell the item for pick up. 

We are not allowed to sell used melodicas. To keep things simple we have a no return policy on everything. In years of melodicas sales we have only had very few customers request a refund.  Thanks for supporting this web site. We welcome your opinions.
